At Stojković, based in Novi Sad, we've cultivated a supportive environment for tech enthusiasts passionate about software development beyond trends. Our culture values a healthy work-life balance without succumbing to rigid corporate protocols or superficial social media promotions. We focus on creating lasting projects, encouraging long-term relationships with both employees and clients, and deliberately steer clear of rush and hustle culture to ensure sustainability. Describing ourselves as an "organized Wild West," we empower individuals with autonomy in task management and open communication, minimizing stress and fostering genuine connections through simple, regular conversations instead of formal evaluations or mandatory events. Flexibility is key, with negotiable benefits and no weekend work or obligatory gatherings, all while contributing meaningful software used by millions.
