Inspired to make a mark, he founded Dev Solutions, specializing in swiftly recruiting top R&D talent for clients across North and South India, including names like Adobe Systems, IBM, and Intel. Since the 2000s, the firm has expanded into sectors such as Telecom, Ecommerce, and Pharma, catering to CXO roles in Africa and Asia. Alongside his corporate pursuits, Tushar remains passionate about sports, managing the esteemed Shimla Youngs Football Club in Delhi.
