Property management SaaS development

Cazamio

Cazamio, a property management platform based in New York, was shifting from a tenant-focused application to a B2B SaaS solution. They required a comprehensive system for both landlords and tenants, featuring advanced capabilities like document management, payment processing, and tenant screening. As a solution, we created a versatile SaaS platform that includes separate portals for tenants and landlords, incorporating functionalities such as electronic signatures (through Docusign), geolocation services to locate rental properties, and integrated payment systems for credit card and ACH transactions. Additionally, we established multi-channel notifications and a communication system to enhance interactions between tenants and property managers. The outcome: The platform successfully transitioned to a SaaS model, providing centralized support for landlords and tenants. The app significantly alleviated administrative burdens on landlords. Cazamio is now well-positioned to expand and seize a considerable portion of the NYC rental market in the next two years.

Fleet management ERP development for Aston Baltic

Aston Baltic

Aston Baltic, a prominent IT consulting firm, sought to expedite the development of their fleet management ERP system. The project demanded skilled developers who could quickly adapt, deliver functionalities efficiently, and prepare the system for launch. In response, we supplied Aston Baltic with a team of three full-stack developers proficient in .NET and Angular, facilitating swift development and smooth integration with their current systems. Our engineers focused on essential features such as fleet tracking, resource management, and performance analytics, successfully meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high quality. As a result, the project's development speed tripled, enabling Aston Baltic to achieve their launch goals. By outsourcing critical development tasks to our pre-screened engineers, Aston Baltic reduced costs by 50%. The ERP system was launched successfully on schedule and has since been enhanced with additional features through ongoing collaboration between the two teams.

Automating compliance for UK healthcare clinics

Kingsbridge Private Hospital Group

Kingsbridge Private Hospital Group encountered challenges with managing clinician compliance documents, experiencing inefficiencies in tracking renewals, approvals, and expirations across various locations. This manual approach was not only time-consuming but also susceptible to errors, leading to compliance risks. To address this, we created a web-based system for managing clinician document submissions. This system monitors expiration dates and automatically sends reminders to ensure timely renewals. Each clinic can handle its specific requirements and roles, while customizable forms enhance the submission and approval process. As a result, automated document tracking has saved Kingsbridge's administrative staff significant time that was previously spent on manual oversight. The system promptly identifies expired credentials, helping to avoid unauthorized practices. Built on a 'per-instance' model, this platform can be tailored to each clinic's IT needs. Additionally, it is designed to be scalable, allowing Kingsbridge to expand as they bring on more clinics and clinicians, with ongoing system support available.
