We have served as lead graphic designers for a diverse array of companies, including those in signage, apparel, architecture, blueprinting, and casinos. When the economic landscape began to change, we recognized a valuable opportunity to establish a distinctive boutique-style firm. Founded in 2007, our company primarily focused on supporting small businesses with brand development and marketing strategies. This approach allowed us to build strong relationships and achieve positive outcomes. Remarkably, within the first two years, many of our smaller clients not only doubled but tripled in size and presence at a time when numerous businesses were closing their doors. We collaborated with local non-profits and media organizations to create innovative cross-promotion and outreach initiatives. From the outset, almost all of our projects came through referrals, significantly expanding our client base. Recently, we were recognized as the “Most Innovative Company and Service in Northern Nevada” by Reno News and Review. Additionally, in 2013, we released a pictorial manuscript detailing the history of the Riverwalk District. In 2014, Chris Meredith received a Tech Star award from NCET, and over the years, both of us have earned various local and regional awards for business and design excellence. Courtney holds over 16 years of experience in design, advertising, and marketing, while Chris has more than 12 years in digital media and design. Currently, Courtney chairs the marketing committee for the American Advertising Federation of Northern Nevada and serves as the Secretary for the Biggest Little City organization. We are also members of NCET, AAF, and AIGA, and occasionally deliver lectures at the senior-level design program at Truckee Meadows Community College. Additionally, we actively volunteer for several non-profit organizations and contribute to the revitalization of the downtown area and the Biggest Little City.
