Hyper-localized Websites For More Direct Customer Relationships

Yara International is the top global provider of plant nutrients through mineral fertilizers, a crucial component of contemporary agriculture. In collaboration with Dept, Yara launched a new website designed to offer customized content, expert insights, and practical resources to foster a more direct connection with their diverse clientele in the agricultural and industrial sectors worldwide. Dept aimed to assist Yara in maintaining global oversight of its digital assets while effectively engaging with customers at a local level. We collaborated with teams in various countries to implement hyper-localization. Subsequently, we designed, developed, and launched a new website that spans over 35 countries and is available in 19 languages, each version addressing four distinct audiences and sectors. Additionally, we created tools to import data from other Yara sources, such as application databases, and integrated this with existing internal systems through web services to offer product suggestions and growth stage advice for crops. Yara's new platform is centrally controlled yet locally tailored, providing specific information and guidance suitable for each audience in different countries. Customers now have access to more information than ever to utilize Yara products effectively, leading to increased yields, enhanced efficiency, and improved safety.

To maintain centralized and efficient coordination among all its stores, Weber chose Salesforce Commerce Cloud for a globally standardized e-commerce solution. Dept handled the business and project consulting, as well as the training and implementation of the commerce platform. To enhance personalized and efficient interactions between Weber and its barbecue specialists, Dept integrated the Emarsys marketing platform with Weber's existing systems. Results
