Andrej's nearly two-decade IT career began during his studies at the University of Žilina, initially working as a Software Tester in Germany and briefly in Norway. Since 2009, he contributed significantly to Czech-Slovak projects across industries like telecommunications, insurance, banking, and automotive, holding roles from Test Analyst to Test Manager. Passionate about automation, digitalization, and project management, he embraced the ethos of determination and founded DENEVY s.r.o., a successful software company known for innovations such as the juno.one platform. Building a skilled team, Andrej steered DENEVY into a decade of growth. In 2024, upon his unexpected passing, leadership transitioned to his wife, CFO Anna Hybenova, and CEO Martin Hudos, who continue to honor his vision with dedication and respect.

Test Automation implementation

Asseco CE

SITUATION Our long-term client has requested our assistance in implementing test automation for their application development and administration within the financial services sector. Previously, they had no automation in place, resulting in low efficiency and high testing expenses. SOLUTION Our objective was to develop the infrastructure and technology stack from scratch. We set up testing dependencies on a dedicated server using Robot Framework and Selenium, enabling the execution of tests through Jenkins. We received a set of predefined scenarios and user stories, and provided guidance on creating additional test scenarios that we then automated completely. RESULTS Our aim is to establish a suite of defined scenarios that run periodically in the client's environments, along with continuous health checks and smoke tests in production. We also developed a rapid and efficient regression testing process designed to reduce costs and minimize human error during extensive testing phases. Ultimately, we assist our client in delivering a thoroughly tested, seamless, and bug-free product.

Crypto project - building a DeFi application

Arkania Protocol

**SITUATION:** We assisted Arkania Protocol in developing a successful DeFi application—a blockchain launchpad designed to help cryptocurrency projects achieve their token sale and community growth objectives. The protocol sought the expertise of the Denevy team to create an online platform that enables users to engage in the various IDOs the team plans to conduct. Arkania Protocol's management provided clear and precise requirements. Denevy was tasked with creating a blockchain application centered around two main features: 1) Staking of the native ANIA tokens, and 2) User participation in the IDOs organized by Arkania Protocol. **RESULTS:** Despite the challenging nature of working with technologies that were entirely new to Denevy, the development team eagerly embraced the opportunity. The outcome is a seamless execution of the Arkania Protocol, an IDO platform that differentiates itself from other crypto launchpads through its decentralized structure, unique ticketing system, anonymous yet verified user participation via Fractal ID, and a transparent token distribution process. Arkania Protocol has gained recognition in the decentralized community for addressing several critical issues related to IDOs, including its anti-whale strategies and security measures against rug pulls. This successful completion has not only reinforced an already strong partnership but has also paved the way for future collaboration on the expansion of Arkania Protocol in alignment with its roadmap, as well as potential new projects.
