**Client Requirement** GPM was in search of a reliable partner with expertise in workforce management (WFM) to support their strategic goals. Due to significant growth, GPM needed to reassess its existing WFM system. They required an enhanced labor management tool that could improve budget forecasting, scheduling, and time capture accuracy, accommodating their diverse operating hours, store designs, and layouts. **Product Challenges** A major challenge was to create and implement a system that would integrate with their legacy Kronos application for handling time-off requests, accrual balances, and timecard management. Additionally, there was a need to maintain current business operations while transitioning systems for over 18 brands and 1,400 stores across 22 states. **The delaPlex Solution** delaPlex developed and executed an implementation plan for the new Blue Yonder WFM solution, which includes advanced scheduling and retail corporate planner modules. **Client Need** DNA Behavior required an integration tool to seamlessly synchronize user data entered in their Admin System with their Salesforce GroupAdmin account. The application needed to include features such as Single Sign-On (SSO), auto-save functionality, search capability, and calendar integration. **Product Challenges** One major challenge in developing this application was establishing complex integration points between the Admin System and the GroupAdmin Salesforce account. Additionally, there was a need to automate the assignment of crucial behavioral insights and report links in the Contact and Lead page layouts when records in both systems were aligned. **The delaPlex Solution** The delaPlex development team designed a Salesforce application as an integration tool to enhance communication between the Admin System and the GroupAdmin Salesforce account.
