The concept for establishing Dedaldev emerged in 2016 with an initial focus on creating computer and mobile games. However, by 2017, that vision was completely set aside in favor of developing mobile applications. The company's name, DedalDev, is derived from two words: Dedal and dev (short for development). In Serbian, "Dedal" refers to Daedalus, a renowned ancient Greek sculptor, painter, architect, and inventor. He is known for creating the intricate Labyrinth and was once regarded as the wisest person in the world, adept at solving the problems he encountered. Inspired by Daedalus's innovative spirit, we named our company in his honor. Just as Daedalus was ahead of his time, we strive to stay at the forefront of our field. We were early adopters of Flutter development right after Google released this framework, and since 2016, we have also been exploring blockchain technology. Recently, we have been working on integrating Flutter and blockchain, which we intend to focus on for the foreseeable future. Our headquarters is located in Belgrade, Serbia, and we collaborate with clients globally.
