We developed a student education marketplace in just 27 days, enabling students to buy and sell tutoring sessions and courses directly to one another, with the platform earning a commission on all transactions. Previously, Tactic provided individual coaching to college students and sought to expand without hiring more employees. We assisted them in creating a platform that empowers students to autonomously offer tutoring, courses, and events to their peers. Tactic underwent a complete rebranding and received a fully operational marketplace within the 27-day timeframe. The marketplace is designed for scalability, capable of accommodating an unlimited number of universities simultaneously. This project is currently being launched across Swiss universities.

ESG Investment Tracker

Savvy

In just 14 days, we created an ESG investment tracker for Savvy, enabling users to utilize AI for finding mutual funds that align with their sustainable preferences. This tool allows them to monitor the ESG impact of their investment portfolios. Savvy, a startup backed by Techstars focused on ESG investing, required this MVP portfolio tracker for client presentations. The aim of this initiative was to onboard initial users, gather feedback, and evaluate the product's feasibility. The Savvy team had previously created a prototype algorithm that links users to mutual funds based on a survey they filled out, which we integrated into the platform. Additionally, we sought a cost-effective solution to access mutual fund data and compute the value of user portfolios. The application also needed to comply with stringent SOC2 and GDPR standards for future bank integration. We successfully delivered a fully operational product within 14 days, with all integrations working as the client envisioned. Savvy has expressed appreciation for our responsiveness to their needs and for adhering to deadlines.
