I began my career as an apprentice gas engineer and eventually advanced to the position of Head of IT Services. This journey has given me a comprehensive understanding of how applications and IT can either support or complicate the experiences of users, customers, managers, directors, and business owners. While IT can significantly enhance business operations, without thorough planning and a solid grasp of business needs, solutions are likely to fail and fail to deliver value. My expertise lies in mobile application development, informed by my experience as a field worker, which helps me identify ways to make workflows more efficient. When a business has clarity on its goals, I can create tailored solutions to fulfill those objectives. Additionally, in cases where the business lacks insight into its needs, I leverage my extensive business knowledge to devise solutions to address challenges. I also develop applications related to my passion for cycling and have experience in game development.
