Creating the offer lifecycle for a cloud-based version of a Building Management System (BMS) that consolidates customer setups into a single platform, enabling 24/7 access from any location and managed updates without requiring on-site server infrastructure. The offer includes three main components: a system management portal for onboarding and managing new Linux-based server instances, and integration with another system for dashboarding and reporting. It is crucial to ensure that the minimum viable product addresses 90% of the needs of the existing on-premise users while collaborating with a product manager to guarantee technical feasibility. We are also selecting beta customers worldwide to test technical functions and confirm service and operational models. Simultaneously, we are developing the sales enablement toolkit, pricing strategies, and other related materials. The managed SaaS will be rolled out globally once the technical and launch assets are finalized and validated.
