We are a group of Christians from ordinary families, all of whom hold engineering degrees. Driven by a desire to help others, inspired by the Bible's teaching that “it is more blessed to give than to receive,” we launched a 3D modeling engineering firm. With our limited savings, we hired a web developer, but everything felt expensive at that time. We paid $100 for logo design and around $1500 for a simple static website. Lacking knowledge about web design processes, we ended up with a disappointing website after waiting six months. Moreover, we had no idea how to attract clients and spent a year cold calling and networking, yet nothing worked. Ultimately, we closed the company. Believing the issue lay with that niche, we founded another company focused on online grocery delivery. We brought on several interns who reached out to grocery stores, and some showed interest. However, we soon realized that launching a grocery delivery app required a robust IT infrastructure, necessitating funds we didn't possess. Consequently, we had to shut that venture too. To summarize, we attempted several additional businesses—each one at a time—such as an online clothing store, an app development firm, a web maintenance service, and an online platform similar to handy.com. Unfortunately, all of them failed. We decided to pause, reflect, and assess our failures. It became evident that we lacked effective marketing and the necessary IT solutions to optimize our sales and marketing efforts. We invested in the right IT tools and experts, and we also taught ourselves web design and maintenance. This led us to launch an online service company, which turned out to be a significant success.
