DataNote is the most complete enterprise solution created to achieve desired outcomes without revealing confidential information or logic to the vendor. It is the sole enterprise solution built using OpenLogic Framework technology. Although implementing an ERP system in any organization necessitates sharing sensitive information, such as trade secrets, business logic, operational logic, and formulas, DataNote does not need this information to be disclosed to the vendor. We have created an ERP framework composed of two main components: a Structure Engine and a Logic Engine. The Structure Engine is retained by us, while the client has the autonomy to manage the Logic Engine.
