Following this, DataDrive transformed Gaylord's Excel reports into interactive dashboards tailored for executive-level audiences, updating them daily. They then established a strong foundation for Gaylord on the Tableau Cloud platform, configuring new users with appropriate security measures and outlining a content strategy for dashboard publication within specific business functions on Tableau Cloud. Additionally, DataDrive conducted an extensive multi-day Tableau Desktop training session for business users, enabling them to learn how to connect data and create visualizations independently. This initiative sparked new opportunities for data automation and enhanced the platform’s adoption and utilization. “Adoption and engagement with Tableau and its dashboards have been very successful,” remarked Artie. “The key users were eager to leverage the tool more extensively.”
