The founder’s journey began in 2017 at P-Knot Industries as an intern in a solo-run enterprise, where self-taught web development skills were applied to manage the company's website. Building on this foundation, the founder expanded expertise independently and now takes great satisfaction in collaborating with small businesses to create customized digital solutions that meet their unique needs.

Website Implementation - Redesign & Development

Cornerstone Bakery & Restaurant

Cornerstone Bakery & Restaurant faced challenges with their online operations, which were divided between two platforms: PopMenu for their homepage and online menu, and Ecwid for e-commerce. These systems were inadequate due to the cumbersome e-commerce setup and numerous manual entry steps, which led to errors. Their objectives included having a website that they could fully control and easily modify, streamlining the shipping process, and automating it wherever possible, all within the website's back end without needing to log into a separate platform. To address these issues, we rebuilt their site using Elementor Pro and Hello Theme, leveraging Elementor's Theme Builder and custom CSS for WooCommerce, and redesigning their logo. This upgrade allowed them to select the site's design and easily make routine changes after receiving some training. They can now: view item quantities for each order at a glance (through custom coding), print pick lists to see the total quantities needed for all orders, and generate shipping labels to print and request pickups. These improvements eliminated their previous manual entries, reducing order processing time by 75%. Additionally, we implemented Advanced Custom Fields and custom post types to create user-role-based views, resulting in a tidier experience for employees and restricted access to necessary menus. Dane Digi now handles general site maintenance, including backups, software updates, and uptime monitoring, while continuing to collaborate with them on strategies to enhance their online presence.

Their website is designed as a single-page platform that includes a contact form to gather potential client information and highlight their offerings. The primary objective of All Purpose Solutions was to create an informative and accessible experience for prospective clients, presenting an overview of their services while emphasizing their industry knowledge and professionalism. They aimed to motivate potential clients to inquire about tailored cleaning solutions and enhance brand visibility. To meet this objective, the homepage of All Purpose Solutions showcases a sleek and contemporary design with straightforward navigation for each service provided. It features concise descriptions of the services along with calls-to-action encouraging potential clients to request customized cleaning plans. The site employs a professional color palette and clear text to ensure an optimal user experience. A contact form is prominently placed on the homepage, simplifying the process for clients to reach out for quotes or further information.
