Canberra Symphony Orchestra

In reaction to the uncertain post-pandemic landscape, DAMS developed a campaign identity system that emphasizes modularity, cost-effectiveness, simplicity, and adaptability. Relying predominantly on typography and color, this concept facilitates the easy creation of marketing materials, resulting in a vibrant and visually appealing system. The color strategy encapsulates the entire season, representing the order of the thirteen concert themes as planned for the year. Each color in the carefully curated palette serves to enhance or symbolize the significant themes of individual concerts. The campaign identity reflects a musical journey as envisioned by the new principal conductor and artistic team, conveyed through the use of color.

The Street Rebrand

The Street

The Street, a prominent arts organization under artsACT, distinguishes itself among theaters nationwide by its unique commitment to producing high-quality, regionally-focused theater. In late 2016, The Street partnered with DAMS to create a new brand identity. A key objective of this project was to clarify The Street's standing as a nationally acknowledged and esteemed maker of thought-provoking theater. The rebranding aims to enhance its connection with audiences, improve marketing effectiveness, and streamline design, all while conveying a meaningful narrative.

Cyber & Tech Retreat 2022

Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade

The Cyber & Tech Retreat is an event held in Silicon Valley, USA, bringing together cyber and tech representatives from around the globe. Organized collaboratively by the Danish and Australian governments through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the retreat aims to engage with leading tech firms to discuss the influence of their technologies on daily life. The design approach started with creating a compact and adaptable logotype to represent the lengthy event name, allowing for its use in both full and shortened versions across various materials. Additionally, an information system utilizing colored layered rectangles enhanced its functionality and established a unique design language.
