Adopting a monorepo structure addressed our issues, enabling us to develop Slack and web applications simultaneously while maintaining high quality through strict guidelines and automated testing. To reduce expenses, we migrated from AWS to Vercel for app hosting and adopted Neon's serverless database. Impact This transformation elevated our code quality and compliance standards significantly. The changes provided a substantial boost to our development process, allowing us to concentrate on customer needs without getting overwhelmed by technical complexities. Additionally, the shift to Vercel and Neon resulted in greater cost efficiency.
