OUR STORY
Our company excels in innovative learning and development, recently earning the H5P Community Choice Award for transforming the 'Return to Office' process into an engaging, gamified experience. After five years of remote work, Peace Corps employees faced anxiety about returning to headquarters. Our dynamic team, including Cynuria contractors, harnessed this challenge to create an interactive game map within the new Learning Space system. Despite strict FedRAMP constraints and no AI tools, we developed a vibrant, practical training adventure that replaced dull presentations. This project demonstrated how creative, human-centered design under limitations can foster engagement and empower developers with reusable templates. Now widely adopted, this initiative continues to inspire meaningful learning journeys across the organization.
