We transitioned the previous IdenTrust website from a custom PHP setup to a Drupal 8 CMS platform. The client developed entirely new content and reorganized the site's sitemap to better align with their current product offerings. IdenTrust provides a range of Digital Certificates for different sectors and has multiple versions of its products available for sale. The former site featured numerous orange "Buy Now" buttons scattered throughout. We introduced a workflow that guided clients through a series of questions to identify the most suitable Certificate and its pricing. The final outcome was a more professional-looking website that facilitated easy navigation for clients, allowing them to purchase the specific certificate that meets their needs while also offering expert advice on the Digital Certificate industry.

Certificate Alert & Tracking System (CATS) The CATS workflow system monitors each product and certification, alerting clients 90, 60, and 30 days before a certificate expires, giving them the opportunity to renew it. Additionally, if the standards associated with a specific certification change, the certificate will become invalid and will require re-certification. The CATS system keeps track of expiration dates and the relevant standards, sending automated reminders ahead of time as part of the Drupal Workflow we developed. Upon receiving an expiration notice, users can easily start the renewal process by clicking the “Renew My Certificate” button. The CATS system has been demonstrated to major automakers, including General Motors, Ford, Fiat Chrysler, as well as Tesla and the Chinese Government.
