Curriculo ATS is a recruitment software that features an integrated AI hiring agent. This agent independently screens candidates, assigns scores, drafts outreach messages, and schedules interviews. Recruiters only need to approve decisions at key points and can disregard the rest. The interface resembles a Gmail inbox, with each job as a thread and each candidate nested within it. Two-way synchronization with Gmail ensures that a candidate's responses are automatically directed to the correct location, eliminating the need for manual copying between the ATS and email client. We launched Curriculo ATS in 2024 after observing many recruiters struggling with tools designed for hiring managers rather than those actually conducting the hiring process. Most traditional ATS systems confine recruiters to dashboards, kanban boards, and outdated candidate profiles. We redesigned the platform to fit seamlessly within the inbox recruiters already use. Currently, Curriculo ATS is utilized by in-house talent teams, recruitment agencies, and hiring managers in startups and small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The autonomous hiring agent manages high-volume tasks such as screening numerous resumes for each position, sending tailored outreach, and scheduling introductory calls, allowing recruiters to focus on discussions that truly influence hiring decisions. Candidates are rated on a scale of 0 to 100 for each role, with explanations for scores available for recruiters to review or adjust. There are no per-seat fees, and the free plan adjusts based on hiring volume instead of team size. Founded in 2024, the company operates remotely.
