Fenergo is an Irish FinTech unicorn recognized as a leading provider of Client Lifecycle Management and Regulatory Compliance Management for 32 of the world’s top 50 financial institutions, including BNP Paribas, Santander, Bank of China, Credit Suisse, and Rabobank, among others. **CHALLENGE AND OBJECTIVE** Our strong partnership began in 2015 when CSHARK had 23 team members involved in software development for banks working with Fenergo, which then had a workforce of 55. Together, we achieved the status of FinTech unicorn with Fenergo and earned recognition as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe according to the Financial Times for CSHARK. Software for tissue engineering

REGENHU

REGENHU is a MedTech company that develops innovative bioprinting hardware and software solutions in the fields of Tissue Engineering, Regenerative Medicine, and Drug Discovery. Their bioprinting management software, known as SHAPER, enables users to design, compose, and sequence objects for 3D printing. **THE CHALLENGE AND THE OBJECTIVE** During the development phase, we encountered several major issues with SHAPER. The code had many duplications that were very similar but not identical, leading to the need to correct errors in two separate parts of the application, which increased maintenance costs significantly. **THE SOLUTION** Our analysis indicated that refactoring SHAPER would be the most effective approach. We merged multiple REGENHU applications into a single tool and introduced new features. The development process progressed from an initial proof-of-concept to a prototype, and ultimately to the final product. In summary: 1. The application underwent a redesign to adhere to new architectural frameworks and modern quality standards. 2. Memory usage was reduced by 90%, which eliminated reliance on a swap file on the hard drive and enhanced the application's speed and smoothness without lag. 3. The time taken to generate various design shapes is now consistent, regardless of project complexity and the number of elements involved. 4. VecCtor

VecCtor provides a solution for monitoring industrial assets of clients. The platform facilitates the tracking of drivers, passengers, vehicles, and cargo. THE CHALLENGE AND THE OBJECTIVE VecCtor faced multiple challenges, and CSHARK stepped in to address them all. Our team comprised ten experts: a tech lead, a product owner, back-end and front-end developers, a DevOps specialist, and a UX designer. They were organized into two teams to leverage the scalability of Scrum and enhance the autonomy and flexibility of our developers. THE SOLUTION The telematics integrated into VecCtor’s platform enables companies to gather insights about their fleets and personnel. The system permits: By integrating these functionalities, all logistical processes, including deliveries, material management, construction projects, and tool repairs, can be easily organized, monitored, and assessed.
