Stikwood

Stikwood's digital marketing initiative encountered early obstacles, such as a shortage of creative materials, challenges in converting new traffic, and the necessity for optimizing advertising expenditures. The campaign's strategy and implementation targeted various aspects: 1. **Google Ads for Cold Traffic**: Initially, Google Ads were employed to focus on keywords related to home decor and DIY, aiming to attract users in the discovery phase. This involved refining keywords and conducting A/B testing on ad copy to enhance engagement and relevance. 2. **Creative Development**: Without any existing creative assets, new advertisements were crafted to emphasize Stikwood's unique selling points (USPs), such as ease of use and visual appeal, utilizing high-quality visuals to demonstrate product transformations. 3. **Facebook Ads for Engagement**: Facebook ads supplemented Google Ads by targeting wider audience segments through detailed segmentation and dynamic creative optimization, incorporating A/B testing to identify the most effective ad variations. 4. **Full-Funnel Optimization**: The strategy was designed to cover the entire customer journey, starting with top-of-the-funnel (TOFU) Google Search campaigns for new audiences, followed by middle-of-the-funnel (MOFU) Google Display campaigns to maintain interest, and culminating in bottom-of-the-funnel (BOFU) Performance Max campaigns that focused on retargeting and conversion. **Results**: Over an eight-month period, this strategic approach led to a substantial increase in Stikwood's monthly revenue, rising from $237,000 to $867,000. Key accomplishments included a greater conversion rate, enhanced ROI from advertising spend, and heightened brand awareness. **Conclusion**: Stikwood's success in digital marketing illustrates the effectiveness of a strategic, multi-channel approach tailored to different stages of the customer journey. Beginning from the ground up, the campaign utilized Google and Facebook ads, continuous testing, and innovative creative strategies to achieve notable growth in online presence and sales, emphasizing the importance of flexibility and comprehensive market engagement in digital marketing.
