**INTRODUCTION** To enhance global awareness and boost visitation, Create Group collaborated with the Department of Culture and Tourism, Abu Dhabi to develop a digital ecosystem designed to inform, inspire, and convert interest into actual visits. **CHALLENGE** Working alongside the Department of Culture and Tourism, Abu Dhabi faced the challenge of consistently increasing visitation while enhancing Abu Dhabi’s status as a premier global destination. In line with the Tourism Strategy 2030 goal of attracting 23 million visitors, the objective required sustained impact over several years. This involved ongoing optimization of the Experience Abu Dhabi digital ecosystem across both web and mobile platforms to ensure users had seamless, engaging, and conversion-focused experiences at scale. **SOLUTION** Create Group adopted a data-driven strategy of continuous optimization for the Experience Abu Dhabi digital ecosystem. This method ensured the platform adapted to changes in user behavior and business goals. **RESULTS & IMPACT**

**INTRODUCTION** To enhance Saudi National Day beyond conventional festivities, Create Group collaborated with the Diriyah Gate Development Authority to launch a campaign that intertwines cultural heritage with contemporary identity, boosting engagement and visitor traffic to Diriyah. **CHALLENGE** The goal was to position Diriyah as the preferred destination for Saudi National Day, moving past generic celebratory initiatives to convey a meaningful narrative rooted in values. This involved crafting a concept that appeals to Saudi youth while paying tribute to the legacy of King Abdulaziz, and turning a commonplace national occasion into a unique and culturally significant experience. **SOLUTION** Create Group rolled out a values-driven, storytelling-focused campaign centered on the human aspect of King Abdulaziz, dubbed “Ma’azzi” (the comforter). This strategy ensured the campaign struck an emotional chord while fostering genuine engagement. **RESULTS & IMPACT** The campaign successfully established Diriyah as a key focal point for Saudi National Day celebrations.
