About the Team

OUR STORY

Our Journey The venture started when my responsibilities became too overwhelming after two years in software development, prompting me to establish the company alongside four partners. By January, we had lost all our personal clients and were left with no projects, but we remained motivated. We scoured Clutch, Upwork, and LinkedIn until we secured our first client. Since then, our team has expanded to 40 members, incorporating support, project management, and design services. Today, we continually improve our hiring, assessment, and training processes.

Partnership for a Growing CRM

Unknown

The Challenge: Clientify, an emerging Spanish marketing CRM startup, encountered significant scalability issues. While their initial platform held considerable promise, they needed to expedite the development of intricate new features to satisfy market demand without diverting their core team's focus from product strategy, usability, and sales. The Solution: Our partnership commenced over five years ago with the creation of a crucial module. This partnership quickly transformed into a strategic Staff Augmentation arrangement, where we embedded our senior developers into their team, effectively serving as an extension of their engineering department. Over the years, we have played a vital role in developing and improving essential business modules, such as: Inbox & Chatbots, Data Analytics with Looker, Digital Signature, AI Landing Page Builder, and Sales Proposal Module. Moreover, we were instrumental in the complete overhaul of their platform, culminating in the successful launch of Clientify 2.0. Technologies employed included Angular, React, Javascript, Python, PHP, and SQL. The Results: Our enduring collaboration has allowed Clientify to scale its development team in a flexible and efficient manner. By incorporating our engineers, we successfully boosted their development capacity by 50%, enabling them to strengthen their position as a major player in the CRM market. The Staff Augmentation model liberated their leadership, providing them the opportunity and peace of mind to concentrate on business strategy while our team ensured high standards in technical execution.

Strategic Development Partner for a Growing US

Unknown

The Challenge: Little Taller, a forward-thinking digital agency located in Phoenix, was experiencing rapid expansion. To address rising client expectations and manage more intricate internal projects, they sought a technology development partner that matched their own team's reliability and dedication. They needed a scalable solution to boost their capacity without incurring the high costs and complexities associated with significantly enlarging their in-house team. The Solution: For the past eight years, we have acted as Little Taller's primary development partner through a flexible Staff Augmentation model. What started with one developer has grown into a cohesive team of 16 dedicated engineers, scaling based on their project demands. Our team has integrated smoothly into their workflows, collaborating throughout the entire lifecycle of over 20 different websites and applications. We have delivered expertise in Development, Design, QA, and Implementation for both Little Taller's clients and their internal projects. Technologies used include WordPress, Laravel, Mongo, PHP, React, and Javascript. The Results: Our long-term collaboration has significantly contributed to Little Taller's growth. By serving as their extended development team, we facilitated the development of over 20 projects and helped them secure and serve their three largest clients, a key achievement of our partnership. We have functioned as one cohesive team, enabling them to confidently embrace new opportunities with the assurance that they possess the technical skills to achieve outstanding results.

Scaling & Re-architecting a Reservation SaaS

Unknown

The Challenge: Wilapp, a thriving Spanish startup known for its widely-used reservation system, encountered a dilemma of rapid growth: their success was outstripping the capacity of their technology infrastructure. The platform, essential to their business, began to reveal significant scalability issues, threatening user experience and their potential for further growth. They required a skilled partner capable of performing significant upgrades on their live system to ensure future stability. The Solution: We stepped in as the high-level engineering team they needed during this crucial time. Our strategy was two-pronged: 1. Platform Re-architecture: We thoroughly investigated their system to identify bottlenecks. We redesigned and implemented a re-architecture of critical components, enhancing the foundation to accommodate a much larger volume of users and transactions. 2. Outsourced Support & Management: After stabilizing the platform, we took additional steps. Using our Staff Augmentation model, we supplied them with trained personnel to manage technical support and customer relations, allowing their core team to concentrate on innovation and business expansion. Technologies: Angular, React, AWS, PHP, WordPress. The Results: Our efforts not only addressed their scalability challenges but also enhanced their operational capabilities. The technological improvements we introduced led to a 20% increase in their product’s performance and capacity, enabling continued growth without concerns about platform failures. By outsourcing technical support, Wilapp optimized its resources and ensured excellent customer service, cementing its competitive position in the market.
