Saudi Space Commission

Unknown

Saudi Space Commission (SSC) Website We developed a comprehensive (UX/UI, Front-end, WordPress) government website for the Saudi Space Commission (SSC). The project was created from scratch as an interactive platform that highlights Saudi Arabia's space industry initiatives, designed to offer users a distinctive "spaceflight experience." Challenge The main challenge for the client was to provide a unique user experience that resembled a "space journey" instead of a typical informational site. As the service provider, our significant challenge was the extremely tight deadline: we were required to design and launch the entire, fully operational platform within a brief 30-day timeline. Solution Our approach was driven by a "Big Idea" strategy emphasizing Availability, Exploration, Usefulness, and Interactivity. After conducting a UX phase that included competitive analysis and outlining the information architecture, we developed a front-end interface filled with micro-interactions and animations (such as the parallax effect) to simulate an "interplanetary journey." The site also includes an interactive timeline and a specialized audio player, all managed through an easy-to-use WordPress CMS. Impact We successfully addressed the project's main challenge by completing the impressive website in just 30 days. The WordPress-based platform was characterized as "stable, secure, and fast," achieving a service performance score of 94/100. The final outcome surpassed expectations by offering users an "unforgettable journey into space," aligning perfectly with the client's primary business goal. For several years, we have consistently ranked first in the “Satisfaction with agency cooperation” category in customer satisfaction surveys conducted by Kantar Millward Brown and SMG/KRC.

Ministry of Justice

Unknown

"Najiz" Platform for the Saudi Ministry of Justice We completed a comprehensive project (including UX, UI, front-end, and back-end development) for the Saudi Ministry of Justice, resulting in the creation of "Najiz," an innovative platform for electronic judicial services. This web service and mobile application enable citizens and residents to securely manage official affairs, fulfill formalities, and even attend court hearings entirely online. **Challenge** The main challenge was to digitize intricate official and judicial processes that traditionally involved multiple steps. The Ministry needed a solution that would allow users to complete these procedures "quickly and confidently," while also ensuring a balance between high user expectations and stakeholder demands for a secure, functional, and trustworthy judicial system. **Our Solution** Our approach began with creative workshops to identify user profiles and outline complex user journeys. This groundwork enabled our UX and UI teams to produce over 50 distinct mockups. We then created an intuitive website and mobile app with easy navigation for elaborate forms, enhancing the front-end experience with micro-interactions and animations. A user-friendly WordPress CMS was incorporated for seamless content management. **Impact** We successfully launched a "fully functional application and portal" that fulfilled all the Saudi Ministry of Justice's objectives in under six months. The platform received high praise from users, evident from the strong adoption rates right after its launch. Notably, we have consistently ranked first in the “Satisfaction with agency cooperation” category in customer satisfaction surveys conducted by Kantar Millward Brown and SMG/KRC for several years.
