PetSmart, Inc. is the leading specialty pet retailer, offering products, services, and solutions for pets with over 1,650 locations across the United States and Canada. As their online presence grows, PetSmart collaborated with CQL to develop a new booking system for pet services, including grooming, training classes, PetsHotel, Doggie Day Camp, and more, capable of managing a high volume of reservations.
