PetSmart, Inc. is the leading specialty pet retailer, offering products, services, and solutions for pets with over 1,650 locations across the United States and Canada. As their online presence grows, PetSmart collaborated with CQL to develop a new booking system for pet services, including grooming, training classes, PetsHotel, Doggie Day Camp, and more, capable of managing a high volume of reservations. With an expansion of in-store services, it was crucial for them to accommodate increased demand through this platform, enhance the customer experience, and boost revenue through their expanded service offerings. To achieve a quick and scalable solution, CQL created a responsive website that allows PetSmart's business team to easily manage flexible content, enhances the user experience to encourage service bookings, and provides a seamless single-sign-on connection between petsmart.com and the new services site.
