We have made significant progress since I established my business over three decades ago, focusing on consulting in North America’s business, government, and political sectors. Our global client base has grown substantially. Today, we offer Executive and Leadership Presence training to clients worldwide, including Europe, the Gulf Region, and across North, Central, and South America. We conduct tailored Workshops and Seminars at clients' headquarters, meetings, and conferences. Since the early days of corporate training, we have been actively involved in its development and have observed significant transformations, particularly in the increased interest from individuals at all organizational levels seeking to enhance their skills through Executive and Leadership Presence training. Our diverse clientele shares a common belief in the necessity of cultivating leadership skills. From C-suite executives to middle management and new professionals, Corporate Class provides personalized training that merges academic and technical knowledge with individual professional strengths. By applying advanced NeuroLeadership training methods, we aim to align organizational objectives with personal abilities, benefiting both employers and employees. In 2012, we launched our Licensee Program to train professional consultants as Executive Presence System Coaches. In 2014, we expanded our offerings to include a Certification Program tailored for HR professionals, consultants, and coaches. We provide both Licensee and Certification Programs for corporations and individuals, many of whom have become part of our team as Associates and Consultants. We look forward to sharing our expertise.
