Insync Insurance is rapidly becoming one of the leading insurance providers in the UK, offering a wide range of policies, including aesthetic and cosmetic, medical, business, and commercial insurance. They adopt a modern and innovative strategy for organizing insurance through the use of advanced technologies. The primary aim of this project was to digitize the insurance purchasing process. A key challenge was understanding all the information that needed to be conveyed to streamline the process effectively. The intention was to ensure that users quickly become familiar with the application’s navigation and achieve their objectives effortlessly. Thus, the aim was to dispel the notion that purchasing insurance has to be complicated by providing a straightforward and user-friendly digital product. The result was a complete digital overhaul of the old insurance buying process, enabling users to make purchases or access their insurance details online with just a few clicks. We utilized technologies such as React.js, Firebase, and AWS.

YoungPlanet

YoungPlanet is an application that allows parents to exchange or donate unused children's items, such as toys and clothing, at no cost. Originating in London, the app has grown to have over 35,000 users across the UK. When we took over YoungPlanet from a previous company, it required immediate improvements in user experience and app performance. The primary challenge was to retain its core functionality while ensuring effective app optimization throughout the transition. The objective was to enhance the app with new features and improve user interaction in preparation for its nationwide launch. Following a process of code refactoring, redesigning the app, and introducing new features, the app was successfully prepared for the national launch, achieving our goal. The technologies we utilized included React Native, Node.js, and AWS.

Marex.es leverages IoT technology to enhance their customers' Marina Management Software, "Harbour Commander," with the goal of optimizing occupancy and offering innovative services for boaters. The marina environment is evolving; cutting-edge technologies present marinas and port cities with vast opportunities, while simultaneously lowering labor, time, and cost requirements. Marex.es has consistently led the charge in adopting new technologies within the marina sector and has recently launched Harbour Commander, a completely cloud-based management system that enables marina operators to oversee their power and water services at any location and on any device. Whether they are using a computer in the marina office, a tablet, or a smartphone, operators can manage services from their office or directly from the marina. The primary objective for this initiative was to streamline the time spent at the cash register and enhance the overall marina experience. Our solution involved creating a system made up of three applications: a Client web app (for managing individual user sessions), an Admin app (for monitoring all sessions at the location and accessing historical analytical data), and a Super admin app (for installing and testing cabinets/plc), all designed to provide Marex.es users with an exceptional sailing experience. What we utilized:
