Content Marketing for The Myers-Briggs Company
Chances are, you have experienced the MBTIⓇ assessment – the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator questionnaire. The Myers-Briggs Company is a leading provider of business psychology, operating in 115 countries through its offices, partners, and certified independent consultants. Since 1975, it has been recognized as “a force for good,” serving various organizations, including businesses, government agencies, universities, and non-profits globally. They approached us initially with a specific need for high-quality, thoroughly researched, and aesthetically appealing eBooks. Although they had competent writing and design teams, the Global Director of Content was pressed for time due to approaching year-end deadlines. After the successful delivery of their eBooks that met these deadlines in 2021, Myers-Briggs sought our help again, this time asking for guidance on how to launch a podcast. Their seasoned content team found themselves outside their area of expertise, well aware of their strengths and limitations, and in need of external support. Additionally, their podcast guests were located all around the world, leading excitement for the project to shift from "Great idea!" to "What are the next steps?" We assisted Myers-Briggs with the organization and project management needed to establish the podcast from the ground up. We guided them through everything from equipment selection and logistics to platform options, theme music, distribution, and even guest engagement and topic development, ensuring a smooth launch for Season One. The Myers-Briggs Podcast debuted to remarkable success, garnering listens and downloads that far surpassed initial projections. Global audiences are now engaged with episodes focusing on workplace conflict, trust and transparency, and management styles, with Season Two premiering in mid-2023.
