Clients will fill out a single form that encompasses all standards and topics for their reporting year, and FP users will assign sections with due dates to client members without allowing them to reassign tasks. A visual representation, like a traffic light system, would be beneficial. There may be a “My Tasks/Actions” section to clarify pending actions. Users should be able to interact with sections, respond to questions, attach documents, and save updates, with commentary options per question for communication tracking.
