The Problem Hydropump was experiencing an identity dilemma, frequently receiving inquiries from subpar leads, many of which were for services it did not provide. The public viewed Hydropump primarily as a plumbing service, leading to fierce price competition. Acknowledging the need to differentiate themselves for organic growth in both online and offline spaces, the executive team struggled to clearly convey the brand's essence and values in collaboration with their previous service providers. Our Approach We initiated the process with a series of comprehensive discovery sessions, exploring the executive team’s insights to determine the brand’s intended positioning. Through structured interviews, we identified key brand attributes such as culture, voice, emotional impact, and target customers. Based on this information, we developed a succinct brand statement to direct the creative efforts. New brand messaging and mood boards were designed to reflect the revised identity and emotions. Additionally, we created a website sitemap to enhance the user experience. The brand’s logo received slight modifications to ensure balance, and fresh shades of red and blue were chosen as new corporate colors to inject energy into Hydropump's revamped identity and logo. The Challenge RGT, a well-established organization that supports global brands, struggled with its brand identity as an Original Equipment Manufacturer specializing in Plastic Injection Mouldings. Although this identity is a significant achievement, it also posed challenges to its growth initiatives. Our Solution The primary challenge was to reposition the RGT brand without disrupting its current market standing. We achieved this by collaborating closely with the client during the planning and analysis phase to determine an accurate brand position and key messages. The creative direction was established based on the information collected. Effective copy was crafted before we designed concepts for key deliverables, which included new brand elements, storyboards and scripts for motion graphics, and website layouts. Professional photography and videography were conducted by Connecty’s partner. We held multiple conference calls and in-person meetings to ensure that all stakeholders were aligned.
