To facilitate its digital transformation, Leipziger Stadtwerke partnered with ConnectPoint, a leading technology firm, to develop a new digital platform. One significant hurdle was Stadtwerke's deficiency in IT expertise, primarily due to the outsourcing of their entire IT operations to external firms.
