Migrating more than 3000 sites to AEM to create a unified customer experiences.

Unknown

The client operated multiple websites built on various technologies, including WordPress and Drupal, with over 3000 pages and more than 100 hospitals across the United States. Consequently, the digital customer experiences varied significantly from one site to another, leading to inconsistencies. The healthcare organization sought to establish a cohesive experience for its customers at different touchpoints and digital platforms. They also aimed to deliver personalized and relevant interactions to enhance customer engagement and overall experience. The primary objective was to consolidate the various websites from different platforms into a single AEM platform while allowing each site to maintain a level of independence in governance and content. Centralizing content and governance is typically fundamental in AEM projects, but in this case, the client needed each site to operate independently. This scenario involved numerous centers, such as clinics and hospitals, each with its own distinct website that needed to be migrated to a unified platform while preserving their individuality and enabling rapid creation of new sites without starting from scratch. The solution involved integrating the WCM platforms into one, allowing for the easy development of new websites while granting a significant degree of independence to each. The project was executed using AEM, which included the thoughtful design and construction of a set of Core Components and basic templates. These components would facilitate the migration of existing websites and the swift creation of new ones, allowing each center to incorporate customized components and styles to maintain its individuality. As a result, all the diverse centers shared a common set of components, which enabled them to create and personalize new sites in significantly less time compared to building them from the ground up. Additionally, there was a requirement to integrate with a HIPAA-compliant third-party service to manage physician data and locations. A major achievement of the project was the development of a core library of components that could be utilized across all sites and which connected to a third-party API to ensure HIPAA compliance. The outcomes included enhanced digital customer experiences, improved client interaction and communication, faster time to market, cost savings, and operational efficiencies.

Argentinian Bank: Optimizing data analytics and audiences management to improve customer's engagement

Unknown

Our client is among the largest private banks within the Argentine financial system and is a prominent provider of financial services in the nation. It serves over 4.2 million customers with a broad range of financial offerings. The client aims to enhance its digital presence and improve the analysis, understanding, and interactions with its customers. The ultimate objective is to ensure that each customer has a valuable and personalized experience, receiving the right content at the right place and time. The suggested solution includes Audience Manager and Campaign to boost the bank's digital footprint and its customer interactions by deepening customer understanding and creating audience segments for tailored campaigns. - **Optimized Data – Merging Information**: By implementing Adobe Audience Manager, the bank will integrate data from various sources—including online interactions through their website, app, and email, as well as offline data from CRM, ATMs, and call centers—thereby recognizing the same customer across different devices and channels. Furthermore, this platform allows for data enrichment with second-party partner information or even third-party data purchased by the client, resulting in a more comprehensive understanding of the customer. - **Optimized Data – Segmenting Information**: The comprehensive profiles generated in Adobe Audience Manager facilitate easier segmentation of information to create significant audiences defined by various attributes like interests, needs, or behavior. These optimized audiences enable the bank to engage the right customers with pertinent content across multiple marketing efforts, ensuring personalization not just in email campaigns but also in paid media, websites, and the app. These audiences can be shared with platforms like DV360, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other solutions in the Adobe Marketing Cloud, such as Adobe Campaign or Adobe Target. - **Expanding Data Access**: Adobe Audience Manager also provides the capability to tap into new data that has not yet been utilized. By exploring available data, the bank can identify overlooked interactions and discover new opportunities. They can access the “Marketplace” to find relevant audience characteristics from other businesses, allowing them to reach a broader audience with new insights. Leveraging these "unused signals," the “Marketplace,” and available first, second, and third-party data on the platforms gives the client a variety of useful segments for each action they wish to execute. - **Optimized Data – Segmenting Information (Continued)**: As the bank begins to create audiences, the platform learns and offers recommendations for traits that can be combined for specific segments. This simplifies the creation process and provides insights on optimizing the data available. The bank can also develop lookalike models to target people outside of their existing customer base who share similar characteristics with existing segments, enhancing their ability to engage new customers. - **Customer Journey Management**: Adobe Campaign Standard allows the bank to design and implement marketing campaigns that consider various customer journeys. The marketing technology team can plan campaigns aligned with customer interactions and preferences, ensuring that content reaches customers and adapts to their needs, which enhances engagement and loyalty. - **Cross-Channel Communication**: Today, customers engage with brands across multiple channels and devices. The only way to provide relevant content is by recognizing all these interactions as originating from the same person and tailoring messages to those specific channels and devices. Adobe Audience Manager helps merge interactions and devices to unify the customer profile, while Adobe Campaign Standard allows communication through the preferred channels, keeping all messages coordinated. As a result, customers experience a cohesive journey. Among the many benefits, the client achieved optimized customer experiences, a defined approach to customer journey management, heightened marketing efficiency, optimized audiences, and seamless cross-channel communication.

US manufacturer transforms its business with AEM

Unknown

Initially, the client chose to focus on enhancing its digital transformation, as it was hindering its business and standing in the industry. The company needed to strengthen its digital presence and enhance the overall digital experience. Therefore, undertaking a digital transformation process was essential for distinguishing itself from competitors and gaining a competitive edge. The initiative involved establishing a new digital framework, which included web content management using AEM, developing digital assets and components, and providing support to optimize their experience and online footprint. We assisted in redesigning and rearchitecting their existing Distribution Portal, enhancing integration between AEM and MuleSoft, and improving access controls and permissions, which enabled them to quickly implement new features and speed up their time to market. Consequently, the client was able to automate the publication of both digital and print marketing materials through a native integration between Marketing Cloud and Adobe Creative Cloud. This gave marketers greater control over content updates without needing IT support, resulting in increased independence and responsiveness. Moreover, end customers finally experienced the product search functionality they desired, leading to greater satisfaction. Ultimately, the client achieved several positive outcomes: enhanced digital customer experiences, optimized client interactions, increased conversion rates and online sales, improved customer engagement, and reduced time to market.
