OUR STORY
In 2024, Concreate collaborated with Sparrow CX to create a 2D animated explainer video for Customer Experience Lab, aiming to highlight their proficiency in customer experience management. The project addressed the challenge of simplifying the complex topic of customer experience optimization, effectively showcasing their diverse services such as AI-driven tools, digital channels, and process engineering. Through a clear, engaging narrative and visually appealing animations, the video broke down offerings into understandable segments covering omnichannel communication, sentiment analysis, and automation. Employing modern design and smooth transitions aligned with the company's innovative spirit, the video successfully conveyed Customer Experience Lab's mission and became a polished resource for Sparrow CX to present their expertise to clients and stakeholders.
