A Valuable Experience | Satisfied Customer The renowned seafood restaurant faced a challenge with their standard SaaS Lobster Reward App, which required updates. Like many ready-made solutions, updating the app was a lengthy and expensive process, and sometimes not feasible at all. Concepta provided Red Lobster with a custom app that seamlessly integrated with their existing technology, granting them full control over the user experience, the app's long-term vision, and their intellectual property. After consulting with various vendors, Red Lobster was impressed with our portfolio and technical expertise, leading them to choose us as partners. Additionally, partnering with a local vendor allowed for in-person meetings to facilitate collaboration when necessary. During one of our initial face-to-face discussions, we suggested using React Native and NodeJS as a hybrid approach, enabling the app to be managed with a single code base for both Android and Apple platforms. Concepta developed a customized app solution that tracks users’ rewards points through receipts and offers discounts and bonuses based on the frequency of visits to the restaurant. The app also showcases Red Lobster’s complete menu and integrates smoothly with Grubhub and other delivery services, allowing users to monitor their orders. Beyond tracking points, discounts, and bonuses, the app enables diners to order meals after browsing appetizing menus. Our efforts have yielded impressive results; the Red Lobster Rewards app currently boasts a 4.9 out of 5-star rating based on nearly 80,000 reviews in the Mac App Store alone.

An unmatched fan experience driven by direct access to fan insights and a data-oriented, customized marketing approach. Selected by Warner Music to develop the official app for Hunter Hayes, we eagerly embraced the opportunity to merge various technology aspects, mirroring the way the artist’s music spans different genres. We were thrilled to incorporate innovative technologies like LED wristbands and crowd-sourced videos into an app designed to enhance attendance at live music events. These features enabled Hunter Hayes's fans to interact with the artist, connect with their LED wristbands, and gain exclusive content directly from him, creating a personalized experience. For the first time, Warner Music also gained direct access to concertgoers for tailored marketing and fan insights. Remarkably, we built this app from the ground up in just 45 days, and it saw over 20,000 downloads on its launch day. Witnessing thousands of fans' unique, app-integrated LED wristbands illuminate in response to various events during one of Hunter’s performances was truly astonishing. To activate their wristbands, fans needed to create an account, providing Warner Music with valuable demographic and engagement data. The visual of countless LED wristbands reacting to different moments in the concert—whether prompted by Hayes or influenced by high-tech beach balls in the crowd—was breathtaking. When discussing the app-connected wristband, Hunter expressed how distinctive the concept was, stating: "This is the first time that this particular technology with the use of the wristbands and a couple of other things [has] ever been on the road."
