The initial consultation to discuss your needs is free of charge. Services are available on either a fixed-cost per job or hourly basis. Areas of expertise include servers, desktops, laptops, and hardware, as well as operating systems such as Windows and various Linux distributions (Red Hat, CentOS, Rocky, Ubuntu), along with VMware and Proxmox. We also handle the configuration of Active Directory, DNS, SMB, NFS, and general networking, including switches, routers, and remote VPN access (IPsec and SSL), as well as Wireless LAN (WiFi). Network monitoring services include SNMP and Nagios. For email, we work with Microsoft 365 (previously Office 365), Google Workspace, and web-hosted email solutions, as well as Outlook and Thunderbird mail clients. We facilitate email migrations from any provider to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and can assist with Thunderbird clients as well. Additionally, we address email delivery issues by configuring SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for improved mail delivery. We also support network devices such as IP cameras, network-attached storage (NAS), and printers.
