OUR STORY
The CommAlert Group specializes in mobile crisis communications, providing essential emergency response services after authorities declare a disaster zone safe. Leveraging extensive crisis response expertise, their mobile team establishes on-site emergency call center triages to deliver accurate, timely information. Operating in shifts, they manage inquiries from stakeholders, employees, and communities, ensuring clear communication and relaying unanswered questions to the appropriate internal teams. They also tailor messaging per emergency response plans and alert relevant government bodies. Notably, during the 2013 High River flood in Alberta, CommAlert dedicated over seven months working continuously on location, offering critical updates and coordinating information flow among residents, emergency services, and organizations, demonstrating their commitment to maintaining effective communication throughout crises.
