Together, we established a fully redundant, high-availability Managed SIP connection for their Avaya PBX, utilizing TDM to SIP conversions for straightforward integration into Abt’s current framework, all supported by our outstanding customer service.

The data Gladson offers plays a crucial role in business decision-making. Additionally, we stationed a resource on-site to manage basic user issues, allowing Gladson’s IT Infrastructure Team to concentrate on other essential tasks associated with a major data center and office expansion.

This was achieved through meticulous planning, management, and support throughout and after the implementation process. The professionalism and expertise of our team were instrumental in ensuring a successful transition of the IVR Telecom services.
