Portfolio

ABT - Managed SIP and Cloud PBX

Unknown

Abt is one of the largest independent retailers of appliances and electronics in the country, boasting a workforce of over 1,400 employees and a showroom spanning 100,000 square feet. With more than 80 years of experience, their success stems from a steadfast dedication to customer service, even amid evolving technologies. For Abt, maintaining connectivity involves both a team that delivers outstanding support and a seamless e-commerce platform that operates consistently. As the leading single-store retailer, any downtime of their systems or online store could lead to major financial repercussions. To ensure ongoing leadership in the industry, Abt implemented a robust and redundant solution with a foolproof disaster recovery plan developed by Coeo. Their foundation is built on service and reliability, leading them to partner with a cloud connectivity solutions provider that shares their values. After experiences with other telecom companies, Abt transitioned to Coeo. Together, we established a fully redundant, high-availability Managed SIP connection for their Avaya PBX, utilizing TDM to SIP conversions for straightforward integration into Abt’s current framework, all supported by our outstanding customer service.

Gladson( Now Syndigo) - MPLS and Cloud PBX

Unknown

Gladson is a top provider of product images, information, and related services for the consumer packaged goods sector. They boast the largest database of consumer product imagery and details while enhancing efficiency through category management and Store Optimization Services. The data Gladson offers plays a crucial role in business decision-making. Any inconsistency or downtime could lead to significant loss of business and customers, making reliable disaster recovery planning essential. When coordinating multiple office and data center relocations, Gladson sought a cloud communications partner that could deliver responsive technical support and guaranteed connectivity from the outset, all within very tight deadlines. Coeo made sure that critical availability was a commitment Gladson could uphold, even during system upgrades. For several planned new office constructions, Coeo was responsible for replacing an outdated traditional PBX phone system and linking multiple offices to each other and to the internet. By collaborating with carriers and working on-site at Gladson, we expedited service provisioning and oversaw the entire process. Additionally, we stationed a resource on-site to manage basic user issues, allowing Gladson’s IT Infrastructure Team to concentrate on other essential tasks associated with a major data center and office expansion.

EPAY Systems - CLOUD PBX, MANAGED SIP, SD-WAN, DIA

Unknown

EPAY Systems, a rapidly expanding provider of human capital management solutions, offers HR and payroll software along with professional services designed to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of mid-sized and larger employers, particularly those managing hourly and distributed workforces. They prioritize customer service and value, seeking a cloud connectivity partner that shares this commitment. Given that any downtime of EPAY’s systems could result in employees not receiving their paychecks or vital HR services, they required high availability and a robust disaster recovery plan for their complex software system—criteria that only Coeo could fulfill. Consequently, EPAY Systems transitioned their Primary Fonen (IVR) Telecom Services to Coeo. The Fonen application is one of several time data collection services provided to clients, using IVR to gather and verify the clock in/out times of field employees. Coeo developed a tailored SIP Fonen/IVR application to address specific configuration needs, incorporating telecom requirements for both global and domestic calls, as well as hosted environments and related interconnections. This was achieved through meticulous planning, management, and support throughout and after the implementation process. The professionalism and expertise of our team were instrumental in ensuring a successful transition of the IVR Telecom services.
