Before our collaboration began, the client, a supermarket, was utilizing Odoo 14 Community but faced challenges due to the system's limited functionality. Throughout our project, we established several objectives: to enhance the system's capabilities for effective matching, recognition, and digital transformation of various documents, along with customizing and developing new solutions based on Community Edition 14 to better align with the client's business requirements. As a result of our efforts, we addressed the following issues for the client: we created and implemented a new module that permitted distinct cost validation by different centers and teams, improving the management of the company's financial processes. Additionally, we developed an analytics module that allowed the client to conduct more detailed data analysis and make well-informed strategic decisions. We also designed and implemented a module for recognizing and digitally converting invoices and orders, which greatly improved efficiency in supplier relations and inventory tracking. Furthermore, we tailored existing modules like Purchasing, Inventory, and Invoicing to suit the unique needs of the business. Our contributions led to enhanced functionality and optimized business processes for the client, positively affecting their operational efficiency and market competitiveness.
