The outcome resulted in a significant increase in user engagement, and we have since partnered with Tallo on more extensive projects, including a complete overhaul of a significant part of their existing application.

SC Women in Leadership Creates Matchboard

Matchboard

CODE/+/TRUST collaborated with the South Carolina Women in Leadership team to develop Matchboard. In South Carolina, municipal and county boards and commissions were primarily organized in outdated ways, requiring applicants to search for roles, download PDFs, and complete several manual steps to submit their applications, all while having limited visibility on where their application went. The SC Women in Leadership aimed to address this issue by creating a platform that digitizes and simplifies the application process, allowing for future adaptability. Our team was pleased to contribute, delivering the product ahead of schedule and within budget, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with SC Women in Leadership as Matchboard evolves.
