Initially, we brought CodeBright on board to revamp our outdated website. Following a successful redesign, we continued to engage their services for ongoing technical support. What were your objectives for this project? The primary aim was to rebuild our legacy website and identify a reliable vendor for technical assistance. **SOLUTION** How did you choose this vendor? After interviewing several options, we concluded that the CodeBright team met all our needs. Can you describe the project and the specific services they provided? The initial undertaking lasted about 2-3 months, during which the team managed the entire process from concept to completion, encompassing design, content creation, development, quality assurance, and deployment. What was the structure of the team? We primarily interacted with one individual; I’m not aware of the full team composition. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** Can you share any insights that illustrate the impact of this project on your organization? The new website is much more user-friendly and has given the organization a contemporary and refreshed image. We have received positive feedback from our members. How was project management conducted and how effective was it? We had several in-person and phone meetings to communicate our vision. The team merged our ideas with their expertise and ultimately delivered an excellent final product. We did go through a fine-tuning phase post-launch, but overall, the process was efficient and productive. What impressed you most about this company?
