About the Team
OUR STORY
The Live In Care Company was founded by healthcare professionals who recognized the challenge of finding and retaining quality carers, aiming to provide skilled and experienced support to foster positive experiences. Despite generating substantial website traffic, they faced difficulties converting visitors into enquiries due to an outdated website lacking trust elements and clear calls to action. Partnering with Code23, they undertook a collaborative design and development process, including UX workshops and custom illustrations, leading to a new WordPress site with integrated CRM and carer management tools. This transformation improved user engagement, increased new visitors by 17.5%, reduced bounce rates, and boosted conversions by 238%, establishing a trusted online presence that continues to evolve with ongoing support.
