We worked on a project that involved integrating Microsoft Teams with a third-party application named SFA, which was created in C# using Visual Studio 2022. The objective was to facilitate direct messaging through the Microsoft Graph API, allowing messages from the provider to be sent as direct messages to clients, while any responses from clients would be relayed back to the provider via a webhook. The project encompassed several tasks: - Developing the application in C# with Visual Studio 2022. - Integrating the Microsoft Graph API for managing direct messages within Teams. - Setting up a webhook to send client responses to a designated web service endpoint maintained by BeHealth. - Providing comprehensive installation instructions in a README file to assist with deploying the app in Teams. Additionally, there were some extra requirements: establishing a Teams server for testing purposes, demonstrating the app installation process, configuring the test environment to ensure proper functionality, and supporting the client in connecting the Teams server with their back-end system. The overall aim of this project was to create a seamless communication experience between the provider and clients via Microsoft Teams, while also ensuring effective integration with the client's backend systems.

This project demonstrates our expertise in developing scalable cloud solutions, automating workflows, and providing seamless digital experiences. **Project Objectives** AutyCloud approached us to develop a solution that would eliminate users' dependency on spreadsheets and outdated tools.
