FreshDirect Customer self-service enablement

Unknown

Enhance customer satisfaction and support the customer service team of a top US online grocer by reducing the need for customers to contact support regarding order issues. FreshDirect relied on its customer service team to address grocery order complaints. The majority of their customers were pleased and opted for store credit as compensation for any problems they faced with their orders. Implementing a self-service credit option was the subsequent step to ensure customer happiness. We needed to integrate this new self-service feature into the current CRM system along with updated customer service protocols. This involved connecting the back-office infrastructure with the customer-facing store, ensuring effective communication, and applying necessary regulations. To create an automated solution, we introduced fraud detection measures and developed a process for escalating fraudulent cases to the customer service team. CASP-Smart control solution and real-time data visualization for existing geothermal heat probe systems with the help of machine learning and IoT

Unknown

All around us, numerous intelligent and connected devices are managing and optimizing energy, resources, and comfort. In contrast, the core of green energy solutions, often overlooked, is based on principles from the 1950s. To challenge this status quo, a collaboration of various companies has been established to enhance the most effective green energy solutions for heating and cooling. Our goal is to increase the efficiency of closed-loop geothermal heat probe systems by 25%, reduce maintenance requirements, and provide transparency into underground operations through data visualization. The feedback from industry leaders in the green energy field has been overwhelmingly positive. We have installed our prototypes in both a factory and an office building for further optimization. Parker- Help Budapest Inner City to ease traffic congestion and it’s residents by taking the guesswork out of parking.

Unknown

In urban areas, a large portion of traffic consists of vehicles searching for parking, which means a parking optimization strategy can greatly enhance the overall efficiency of the transport system. During a pilot initiative in Inner City Budapest, 1,500 NB-IoT parking sensors monitor the availability of parking spaces in real time and relay this information to parking management systems. An effective smart parking solution requires a mobile application for users that provides all necessary information to residents. The application was developed using Expo, allowing for the creation of a truly native app for both Android and iOS from a single codebase. This approach helped minimize costs and reduce development time. The app also features a feedback form enabling users to share valuable insights, contributing to enhancements for future growth. Additionally, the app includes comprehensive analytics that comply with GDPR regulations. Following the successful pilot, the companies involved in the smart parking solution are aiming to expand the service to more cities. Code and Soda continue to assist as a consulting partner, offering business analysis, development services, and ongoing support.
