Coal Support

To help businesses gain better control over their operations and assign tasks to individual employees, we've developed an app within the Coal Management cloud. This app facilitates the direct and seamless transfer of customer support requests to the designated personnel handling the tasks. It also provides customers with the ability to track time and assess the cost of the requested work. The objective is straightforward: we want customers to create a “post-it note” that the project manager can place on the monitor of the appropriate specialist and remove once the task is completed. Upon completion, the task can be returned to the customer marked as “done.” With this in mind, we designed and implemented a system where the customer simply submits a request and attaches any necessary files. The project manager reviews, classifies, elaborates, and forwards the request to the right specialist with just one click. After the specialist completes the task, the project manager gets notified that the task is ready for testing. Once the task is marked as finished and the hours spent are recorded, a single or collective update can be sent automatically to the customer directly from the system. Unlike Post-it notes, this system provides complete oversight of request history, cost management, and ensures an efficient flow of information without the risk of repeating, duplicating, or misinterpreting tasks. The ability to transfer tasks among specialists, collaborate through comments, assign multiple experts to tasks, and prioritize based on deadlines simplifies project management and enhances efficiency significantly.

The objective was to enhance communication, streamline information flow, and boost overall performance within the enterprise. We created and implemented management software that delivers comprehensive oversight of vehicle fleets, drivers, and warehouses, alongside providing reliable statistical data on freight costs. We recognized that the management software needed to serve as a control source while also functioning as a decision-making tool. It can help avoid mistakes and highlight cost-effective, efficient alternatives. We designed a system to monitor the availability and condition of vehicles and drivers, while also offering a complete view of costs associated with each freight. Inspectors can manage vehicle transactions through a dedicated application, allowing drivers to report expenses directly from their routes. This solution facilitates direct communication between drivers and management, aiding in tracking and cost management. Unlike conventional logistics management systems, our system is specifically tailored for time-sensitive transportation needs, enabling users to access comprehensive information on the financial effectiveness of the service almost instantly.

The app is capable of delivering information about the company, as well as an overview of its services and products. Additionally, it gathers data on the choices made by customers, offering valuable insights into their expectations and the factors influencing their decisions. We have designed and developed an online presentation tool that guides users to the relevant slides based on their specific decisions. It enables them to review their choices, compare options, and promote certain services. Throughout this process, it tracks decision time, user journey, and the effectiveness of sales representatives. The app facilitates the creation of dynamic charts, decision slides, informational pages, and advanced forms or calculators. The system has not only enhanced the presentation process but also enables clients to finalize contracts online, regardless of their location. In contrast to standardized solutions, this system tracks response times, supports the creation of sections, and generates PDF summary files that detail each presentation's progression.
