CLU is a platform for orchestrating enterprise AI agents, allowing organizations to implement, oversee, and expand autonomous AI agents that connect seamlessly to their internal data and operational systems—such as SAP, BigQuery, relational databases, and external APIs—without the challenges of custom development or lengthy setup processes. The platform supports agents that perform real business operations at scale, including processing customer interactions, verifying identities, automating claims, and resolving support tickets, all with response times under 50 milliseconds and over 200 production-ready connectors. Results from two documented case studies illustrate its effectiveness: in the Health Insurance sector (over 18 months and 299,290 interactions), there was an 85.3% reduction in costs ($1.16 to $0.17 per interaction), a 37-fold increase in resolution speed (32 seconds compared to 20 minutes), nearly six times ROI in the first year, and $296,299 in total savings. In the BPO/Identity Verification sector (over 37 days for 6,775 cases), costs dropped by 81% ($2,700 to $500 per month), 87.4% of volume was automated, and SLA compliance improved to 88.9% compared to 83.1% for human processes, with a production time of under one week. CLU serves various industries and is currently active in insurance and financial services, with plans to expand into other enterprise sectors. It is not a proof of concept or a pilot program; CLU is fully operational in production.
