Prior to establishing Cloud Managed Networks, David and Vicky collaborated in the IT sector. When their company faced bankruptcy, resulting in job losses for employees and a lack of support for clients, they recognized an opportunity—not merely to rebuild, but to transform IT solutions. Drawing on their knowledge and established client connections, they founded U214 Inc. in 1998, a web and application development company based in Toronto. By 2010, they shifted their focus to networking, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity, leading to the creation of Cloud Managed Network.
