closed:in is a GTM engineering agency located in Amsterdam that specializes in creating outbound sales systems for B2B companies aiming for a reliable sales pipeline rather than sporadic campaigns. We collaborate with scale-ups, agencies, and B2B service providers throughout Europe. Our ongoing partnerships transform a vague desire for "more outbound" into a structured system that includes a defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), validated data, sequenced campaigns through email and LinkedIn, and measurable weekly pipeline results. Our offerings include: - Email infrastructure (domains, inboxes, deliverability, warmup) - ICP definition, account scoring, and Total Addressable Market (TAM) sizing - Lead sourcing and waterfall enrichment using Clay - Multichannel sequencing utilizing cold email and LinkedIn - Sales-quality copywriting and extensive AI personalization - Workflow automation with n8n, linking enrichment, CRM, and outreach - Weekly performance reports detailing clear next steps Our technology stack includes Clay, Instantly, n8n, Apollo, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Close CRM, and custom AI tools developed on Claude. Teams choose us because we are not a one-size-fits-all agency. Each program begins with foundational metrics (TAM, conversion targets, deal size) to establish success criteria before sending any emails. We create systems that grow sustainably over time, rather than short-lived sequences that lose momentum within a couple of months. Typical outcomes include 20 to 60 qualified sales meetings each month, depending on the size of the ICP and the maturity of the offer. We are currently managing six retained outbound programs simultaneously across sectors such as SaaS, recruitment, sustainability tech, and IT services. We are best suited for B2B companies with a clearly defined ICP and a sufficiently large target market to make substantial outbound efforts viable. We are not ideal for low-ticket SaaS, DTC e-commerce, or teams seeking a freelance-style executor.
