Mobile Benefits Management & Product Marketplace

Unknown

Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are crucial—specific details about our Leading Health Benefits client have been kept confidential. We provide an outstanding mobile benefits management system and product marketplace for their members. The Challenge: The goal was to enhance the member experience for a prominent health benefits company by simplifying the process of making healthy choices. They aimed to alleviate the daily challenges associated with managing personal and household health, promote healthy behaviors, and inspire good choices. By developing an innovative mobile experience that seamlessly integrates benefits into their members’ everyday lives, they could add value for both their members and the organization. Additionally, they sought a partner to help redesign their marketing and sales website to boost revenue through more effective promotion of their benefits program. What We Accomplished: Results: In the first three months post-launch, the app we developed achieved and surpassed all project objectives.

Further - Member Platform

Further

Developing an outstanding and adaptable member platform for a national health finance organization. The Challenge: Enhance the digital ecosystem and business operations Hundreds of thousands of individuals utilize Further’s health finance services through their member portals. Further aimed to revamp the online user experience and establish a scalable infrastructure. With numerous portals and technologies in place, they required an upgrade to the underlying system delivering those experiences. The current technology was insufficient for the company's performance requirements. Our Approach: Experience Design, Strategy & Innovation, Technology & Engineering, Maintenance & Support Results:

Mercury Marine - Product Sales Enablement Tool

Mercury Marine

A revamped sales enablement tool for a worldwide engine manufacturer. The Challenge: Develop a sales and training solution to support a complex and geographically dispersed dealer network. Mercury Marine aimed to enhance the performance, knowledge, and engagement of its extensive dealer network. Their previous technology solution for delivering product knowledge and training was outdated, inflexible, and difficult to use or update. Dealers around the globe, with varied language and product requirements, needed comprehensive product information regardless of their location or internet connectivity. What We Did: Experience Design, Strategy & Innovation, Technology & Engineering, Maintenance & Support. Clockwork updated Mercury's outdated system with a user-friendly and tailored sales enablement toolkit. This modern web application features personalization, support for multiple languages and localization, along with product education and certification. All of these elements are integrated into an intuitive interface that ensures a smooth sales experience. Outcomes: “I love the navigation. I can’t believe the improvement.” — Mercury Marine Global Leader
