We partnered with a brand that was self-managing its campaigns across Amazon and Walmart but facing challenges such as unstable profitability and disorganized campaign structures. Recognizing these issues, we restructured their marketplace account by aligning campaigns with product lifecycles and implementing inventory-aware bidding strategies. Over 60 days, these adjustments led to a significant decrease in Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS) from 38% to 24%, while ad spend more than doubled by 2.3 times without sacrificing profitability. Additionally, by optimizing inventory usage, the brand experienced improved organic ranking, demonstrating the effectiveness of our tailored approach to enhancing both paid and organic performance.
